So busy, all worn out....

This is where I found Zachary at 6pm last night! After a busy day he just couldn't wait up for Dad to get home from work. We had a fun morning at the mall with our friends Kris and Seth Haartman, which allowed the boys to play and run around. Followed by a full afternoon of playing outside with the neighbors in their sprinkler and kiddie pool.

Even though I absolutely love this warm weather, its doing nothing for my full term swelling issues. You can catch a glimpse of my swollen feet in the picture on the right (if you click on the picture it makes it larger, please ignore the chipped nail polish, I'm getting a much overdue pedicure next week) they are SO flippin' swollen, it looks like I have sprained both ankles. I am trying to elevate them as much as possible, but even if I do, it doesn't seem to help. Anyway, I'll stop complaining as I don't have many days left. We are scheduled for the c-section next week, which just freaks me out as I can't believe its only days away. I still have many 'tasks' that I wanted to complete before baby, I just don't seem to have the motivation to get started on them, oh well.

Oh, update on the potty training situation (I'm a little nervous to blog about it as I might jinx it but,) .... We haven't had any wetting incidents since a week ago Sunday, Zach has been brave enough to use public toilets, and he has gone #2 on the toilet the last 4 days! We are so proud however, I feel like I'm never spent so much time discussing and encouraging bowel movements....yuck!

Lounging and sleeping on the couch...I wonder where he learned that? Maybe he has been spending a little too much time with Mama?

Isn't it funny how excited you get to see your child do his business on the toilet! Way to go Zach!

And I hate to say it, but your feet are so swollen they look like they hurt! Only a few more days left and you may be able to see your ankles again - yea!
