praying for a miracle

This is Zach enjoying the big bash over at Steve & Stacy's Saturday evening. Well, actually it wasn't really a big bash, just a small get together, and Zach obviously wasn't enjoying himself.

It came as quite a shock to us to look over during dinner and find Zach fast asleep on their couch. Completely out of character for him. Came home to discover he had a high fever and is still running one.

Normally I don't really sweat my kids getting these kind of bugs, as you can't really do much about it.... however we leave for Mexico on SATURDAY!!! And unfortunately, I know how long sicknesses run their course and that it usually gets passed to the other one. We are now praying that if Cam is going to get it, it starts ASAP so he too can be better by Saturday.
ahhhhh!!! I am feeling a bit stressed, as Mexico is not the best place to head with sick children.
There will be lots of praying going on around here this week, feel free to add us to your prayer list. thanks!
Although, I am not trying to rub it in anymore than I have to that we are heading south for some fun in the sun :-)

OH NO! I will definately keep all of you in my prayers. Hopefully it won't last as long as Ella's - we're on day 10 and finally going to the doctor this morning.

Oh no! Will pray extra hard that this passes.
BTW, are those blue flowered p.j.'s I see Cam in? LOL

of course you noticed Bradi! I should have thrown a disclaimer in there... we borrowed a sleeper from Chloe as I didn't bring ones. I thought he looked kind of cute with the flowers :-)

and P.S. - Krista, thanks for the uplifting "10 days" news! now I am even more worried...

I hope that this passes quickly, Sara so that you can enjoy your vacation! Hopefully it's just one of those 24-48 hour things, By the way, you're right. Blogging is addicting. I'm supposed to be working right now.
